Resolved that water service lateral installation improvements in Churchill Heights - Phase II, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500.00 to expire not earlier than March 27, 2007, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
