Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution replaces the classification of Employee Assistance Program Manager (CG18, R15) with EAP Director (CG21, R18). The annualized cost increase from this change is approximately $17,000 to $23,000. Any additional costs in 2024 will be accommodated within the Employee Assistance Program's existing budget and monitored through budget projections. No additional appropriation required.

Delete the classification of “Employee Assistance Program Manager” from CG18, R15 in the salary schedule and recreate the classification in CG21, R18. Recreate the 1.0 FTE position #862 as “EAP Director” (CG21, R18) and reallocate the employee.
