The proposed resolution authorizes the agreement for planning and design engineering services for the Lake Forest Lift Station at a total estimated cost of $101,580. Funding for the project is available in the 2026 Adopted Sewer Utility Capital Budget (Munis #14626). No additional appropriation is required.

Body
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Roth Professional Solutions for engineering services for the design of the Lake Forest Lift Station (L.S. 39).
2. That the Finance Director or designee are authorized to execute amendment(s) to this contract for term extensions, or additional design services related to the Lake Forest Lift Station, up to a maximum total authorization of $160,000.00 and maximum total term of four (4) years.
