The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3121. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3121.  The following described property is hereby omitted from the A Agriculture District and added to the R4 General Residence District:
Part of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 24, T7N, R8E, in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:  Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 24; thence S00º42'55"W, along the West line of said SW 1/4 of Section 24, 497.93 feet; thence S89º13'48"E, 57.70 feet to a point on the East line of Gammon Road and the point of beginning; thence continuing S89º13'48"E, 386.86 feet; thence S00º45'34"W, 133.31 feet; thence N89º14'26"W, 144.62 feet; thence S68º14'38"W, 170.40 feet; thence S90º00'00"W, 77.49 feet to a point on the said East line of Gammon Road; thence N01º20'57"W, along said East line, 199.80 feet to the point of beginning.  This parcel contains 61,570 square feet or 1.41 acres."
