Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, public stormwater management improvements, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract in The Willows, Private Contract No. 2428 (District 9).
Body
WHEREAS, TRMCKENZIE, INC., has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, public stormwater management improvements, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: The Willows.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, public stormwater management improvements and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA
A) Total Contract Value (including Engineering

B) Contributions in Aid of Construction:

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $297,029.24.
4. That said stormwater management improvements on OL 1 are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $177,359.19.
5. That the street improvements, including the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Big Stone Trail from Old Sauk Road to Peach Leaf Lane
• Big Stone Trail from Peach Leaf Lane to Cape Silver Way
• Big Stone Trail from Cape Silver Way to White Fox Lane
• Big Stone Trail from White Fox Lane to 149 FT S of White Fox Lane
• Peach Leaf Lane from 152 Ft W Of Big Stone Trail to Big Stone Trail
• Cape Silver Way from 183 Ft W Of Big Stone Trail to Big Stone Trail
• Cape Silver Way from Big Stone Trail to 269 Ft E Of Big Stone Trail
• White Fox Lane from Big Stone Trail to 304 Ft W Of Big Stone Trail
• White Fox Lane from Big Stone Trail to 144 Ft E Of Big Stone Trail
• Old Sauk Road Sidewalk from East of Lot 35 to Big Stone Trail
• Old Sauk Road Sidewalk from West of Lot 1 to Big Stone Trail
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 10832 by $ 260,546.25 for a useful life of 40 years.
