Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Acacia Ridge Phase 9, Private Contract No. 9260 (District 9).

Body

WHEREAS, East South Point, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  Acacia Ridge Phase 9.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted. 

 

2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service". 

 

 

Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A”                     $193,943.90.

 

 

 

4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

                     Honey Harvest Lane from White Sky Pass to East Lot Line of Lot 597.

                     Turning Oak Lane from White Sky Pass to East Lot Line of Lot 645.

                     White Sky Pass from Valley View Road to Turning Oak Lane.

                     White Sky Pass from Turning Oak Lane to Honey Harvest Lane.

                     White Sky Pass from Honey Harvest Lane to North Lot Line of Lot 605.

                     Valley View Road from West Lot Line of Lot 448 to White Sky Pass.

                     Valley View Road from White Sky Pass to East Lot Line of Lot 645.

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 14432 by $ 152,237.39 for a useful life of 40 years.
