I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments. Committee applications for mayoral appointments are attached. Statement of Interest forms are on file for these appointees where applicable.

NARENDRA K. SINHA, 12 Falmouth Ct., 53719 (1st A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Dr. Sinha is a retired speech language pathologist. He succeeds Donna V. Hurd.

MICHAEL G. HEIFETZ, 9 Brule Circle, 53717 (9th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Owner of Exempt Medical-Related Property. Mr. Heifetz is Vice President of Governmental Affairs for Dean Clinic and St. Mary's Dean Ventures.

JAY T. ROBAIDEK, 1725 Fremont Ave., 53704 (12th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Owner of Exempt Medical-Related Property. Mr. Robaidek is the Chief of Staff to the CEO of UW Hospital and Clinics.
MARK ELSDON, 5038 Marathon Dr., 53703 (11th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Owner Currently Making A Voluntary PILOT. Mr. Elsdon serves as Executive Director and Pastor of the Presbyterian Student Center Foundation.
TIMOTHY J. CONROY, 7409 Lindemann Trl., 53719 (7th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Owner of Exempt Property Providing Housing. Mr. Conroy is the Executive Director of Capitol Lakes, Inc.
RACHEL E. KRINSKY, 5301 Coney Weston Pl., 53711 (20th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Non-profit Community Representative. Ms. Krinsky is the CEO of the YWCA Madison.

JEAN A. BACHHUBER, 817 Woodlawn Dr., 53716 (16th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Owner of Taxable Commercial Property. Ms. Bachhuber is the Director of Memory Services at Oak Park Place.
ANDREW M. RESCHOVSKY, 1825 Summit Ave., 53726 (5th A.D.) - appoint to the position of At-Large Member. Mr. Reschovsky is a Professor of Public Affairs and Applied Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
ROGER M. GOODWIN, 2138 Oakridge Ave., 53704 (6th A.D.) - appoint to the position of At-Large Member. Mr. Goodwin served as the Street Superintendent and interim Human Resources Director for the City of Madison. He will serve as the Chair of this committee.
University of Wisconsin appointment:
DARRELL BAZZELL, 100 Bascom Hall - appointed to the position of University of Wisconsin Representative. Mr. Bazzell is the Vice Chancellor for Administration.
