Amending Sections 15.02(83), (110), (112), (119), (120), and (129) of the Madison General Ordinances to change the polling location for Wards 83, 110, 112, 119, 120, and 129.

DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS: This ordinance changes the polling location of Wards (83), (110), and (112) from High Point Church to The Jefferson, and the polling location of Wards (119), (120), and (129) from Alicia Ashman Library to The Jefferson.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Subsection (83) entitled “Ward 83” of Section 15.02 entitled “Wards and Ward Boundaries” of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by adding therein the following:
“Polling place at High Point Church, 7702 Old Sauk Road The Jefferson, 9401 Old Sauk Road.”
2. Subsection (110) entitled “Ward 110” of Section 15.02 entitled “Wards and Ward Boundaries” of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by adding therein the following:
“Polling place at High Point Church, 7702 Old Sauk Road The Jefferson, 9401 Old Sauk Road.”
3. Subsection (112) entitled “Ward 112” of Section 15.02 entitled “Wards and Ward Boundaries” of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by adding therein the following:
“Polling place at High Point Church, 7702 Old Sauk Road The Jefferson, 9401 Old Sauk Road.”
4. Subsection (119) entitled “Ward 119” of Section 15.02 entitled “Wards and Ward Boundaries” of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by adding therein the following:
“Polling place at Alicia Ashman Library, 733 N. Highpoint Rd. The Jefferson, 9401 Old Sauk Road.”
5. Subsection (120) entitled “Ward 120” of Section 15.02 entitled “Wards and Ward Boundaries” of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by adding therein the following:
“Polling place at Alicia Ashman Library, 733 N. Highpoint Rd. The Jefferson, 9401 Old Sauk Road.”
6. Subsection (129) entitled “Ward 129” of Section 15.02 entitled “Wards and Ward Boundaries” of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by adding therein the following:
“Polling place at Alicia Ashman Library, 733 N. Highpoint Rd. The Jefferson, 9401 Old Sauk Road.”
