Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Westwind, Private Contract No. 9126 (District 9).
Body
WHEREAS, WESTWIND MADISON INC., has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Westwind.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $918,770.84.
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted
• Elderberry Road from West Lot Line of Lot 2 to Clear Pond Way
• Elderberry Road from Clear Pond Way to East Lot Line of Lot 57
• Hydrangea Road from West Lot Line of Lot 5 to Clear Pond Way
• Golden Eagle Drive from West Lot Line of Lot 8 to Clear Pond Way
• Golden Eagle Drive from Clear Pond Way to East Lot Line of Lot 63
• Emerald Elm Road from Pioneer Road to Wisteria St
• Emerald Elm Road from Wisteria St to Clear Pond Way
• Wisteria St from North Lot Line of Lot 17 to Emerald Elm Road
• Wisteria St from Emerald Elm Road to South Lot Line of Lot 19
• Clear Pond Way from South Lot Line of Lot 23 to Emerald Elm Road
• Clear Pond Way from Emerald Elm Road to Red Pine Dr

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13910 by $551,698.52 for a useful life of 40 years.
