Title
Amending Section 19.20 of the Madison General Ordinances to require that all violations involving plumbing without a license be brought to the attention of the Wisconsin Department of Commerce and amending Section 38.06(10) of the Madison General Ordinances to modify the minimum forfeiture for violations of unruly patron.
Body
      The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
 
      1.      Section 19.20 entitled "Penalty" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended to read as follows:
 
"19.20      PENALTY.  
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or who shall neglect or refuse to comply with a lawful order of the Director of the Inspection Unit or her/his designee, issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1000) for each and every violation thereof. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
All offenses involving plumbing without a license shall be brought to the attention of the Wisconsin Department of Commerce."
 
 
2.      Subsection (10) entitled "Unruly Patron" of Section 38.06 entitled "General Provisions and Hours" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended to read as follows:
 
"(10)      Unruly Patron. It is unlawful for any person who has engaged in violent, abusive, indecent, profane, boisterous, unreasonably loud or otherwise disorderly conduct under circumstances in which such conduct tends to cause or provoke a disturbance and who has been ordered by a Madison Police Officer not to enter or remain on a licensed premises to so enter or remain during any period after having been ordered not to enter or remain by a Madison Police Officer.  Such order prohibiting entry may be for up to six months. Upon conviction, the person is subject to a forfeiture of not less than twenty-five fifty dollars ($2550) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500)."
