The Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3384. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3384. The following described property is hereby omitted from the C2 General Commercial District and added to the C3 Highway Commercial District:
Commencing at an aluminum monument marking the West 1/4 corner of said Section 23; thence N89°04'44"E, 589.60 feet along the South line of the NW1/4 of said Section 23 to the point of beginning of this description (recorded as 589.67 feet); thence N48°52'24"E, 51.12 feet along the Southeast line of High Crossing Boulevard to a point on the North line of vacated Nelson Road; thence continuing along said Southeast line N48°46'22"E, 250.04 feet (recorded as N48°44'59"E, 249.95 feet); thence continuing along said Southeast line N33°10'23"E, 186.87 feet (recorded as N33°09'19"E, 186.89 feet); thence S67°38'20"E, 732.44 feet along the Southwest line of Nelson Road (recorded as 732.29 feet); thence continuing along said Southwest line S76°33'39" 108.86 feet (recorded as S76°29'49"E) to a point on the North line of vacated Nelson Road; thence continuing along said Southwest line S76°16'00"E, 130.44 feet to the South line of the NW1/4 of said Section 23; thence S89°04'44"W, 1238.93 feet along said South line to the point of beginning of this description (recorded as 1239.16 feet), City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin.
