Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Midpoint Meadows Phase 1, Private Contract No. 9538 (District 1).
Body
WHEREAS, VH MIDPOINT MEADOWS, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Midpoint Meadows Phase 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA
A) Total Contract Value (including Engineering

B) Contributions in Aid of Construction:

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $660,572.95.
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• S High Point Road from South Lot Line of Lot 203 to Stones Throw Drive
• S High Point Road from Stones Throw Drive to Starnova Dr
• S High Point Road from Starnova Dr to Midtown Road
• Stones Throw Drive from West Lot Line of Lot 147 to S High Point Road
• Stones Throw Drive from S High Point Road to East Lot Line of Lot 218
• Starnova Drive from West Lot Line of Lot 109 to S High Point Road
• Legacy Lane from Starnova Drive to Wild Bluebell St
• Legacy Lane from Wild Bluebell St to North Lot Line of Outlot 3
• S High Point - Dewberry Dr Alley from West Lot Line of Lot 109 to S High Point Road
• Public Asphalt Path adj to Raymond Road from S High Point Road to Marty Road
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 15331 by $513,934.34 for a useful life of 40 years.
