Fiscal Note
The proposed ordinance change reduces the number of late night vendors from two to one in zones located along University Avenue in the 300 block of N Frances Street and 400 block of West Gilman. Reducing the number of late night vendors in these zones will potentially result in a $1,400 reduction in annual licensing revenue, which is budgeted in the General Fund.
$200 basic Street Vending License x 2 = $400
$500 Late Night Vending License x 2 = $1,000
