Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Grandview Commons Phase 27, Private Contract No. 8972 (District 3).
Body
WHEREAS, MREC VH Madison, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Grandview Commons Phase 27.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $44,699.60.
4. That the street improvements, including the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• North Star Drive from N Lot Line of Lot 860 to S Lot Line of Lot 859
• Galileo Drive from S Lot Line of Lot 659 to Caldera Street
• Galileo Drive from N Lot Line of Lot 659 to N Lot Line of Lot 662
• Caldera Street from W Lot Line of Lot 673 to Peterson Street
• Caldera Street from Peterson Street to Galileo Drive
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13299 by $ 102,993.26 for a useful life of 40 years.
