I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments. Committee applications for mayoral appointments are attached. Statement of Interest forms are on file for these appointees where applicable.
CAPITAL AREA REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION (CARPC)
ZACHARIAH B. BRANDON (7th A.D.) - reappoint to a three-year term to the position of Mayor's Appointee. First Appointed 4-17-2007
TERM EXPIRES: 4-1-2016
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
DEAN C. BRASSER (19th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a four-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Brasser is the former City Comptoller/Finance Director for the City of Madison, a position he held for eleven years. He succeeds Stuart Levitan who served for ten-plus years.

JOINT WEST CAMPUS AREA COMMITTEE
DANIEL O'CALLAGHAN (5th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Regent Neighborhood Association Representative. Mr. O'Callaghan serves as the Regent Neighborhood Association UW Relations Chair. He succeeds Elizabeth Greene.

MADISON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS
MICHAEL A. KOLLATH (9th A.D.) - appoint to a two-year term to the position of Employment and Training Representative. Mr. Kollath is an accountant and business owner of Kollath & Associates, CPA LLC. He is proficient in non-profit accounting and does bookkeeping for several smaller non-profit agencies. Mr. Kollath succeeds Jay J. Loewi.

JOAN PHILIP (19th A.D.) - appoint to a two-year term to the position of Busines/Financial Representative. Ms. Philip is the co-owner and president of MCD, Inc., a local printing and packaging company. In addition, she is an active community member, working with such organizations as the YWCA of Madison, the Boys and Girls Club of Dane County and the Urban League of Madison. Ms. Philip succeeds Michelle A. Behnke.

TRANSIT AND PARKING COMMISSION
KATE LLOYD (5th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a one-year term to the position of First Alternate. Ms. Lloyd is an assistant attorney general with the Wisconsin Department of Justice. She succeeds Kenneth Golden who assumed a Citizen Member position.

WATER UTILITY BOARD
PATRICK E. DELMORE (14th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a five-year term to the position of Member. Mr. Delmore is an assistant professor in the School of Education at Edgewood College. He served as a teacher and principal in the Madison Metropolitan School District for 33 years. Mr. Delmore succeeds Dan Melton.
