DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones various properties generally located throughout the “Donald Addition to Indian Springs” subdivision from PD (Planned Development) District to TR-C2 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 2) District (Map Area “AD_14_1”), rezones various properties located in the “Country Ridge” subdivision from PD to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District (Map Area “AD_14_2”), rezones various properties in the “Jill Addition to Indian Springs” subdivision from PD to TR-C3 (Map Area “AD_14_3”), rezones various properties generally located throughout the “Donald Addition to Indian Springs” subdivision from PD to TR-C3 (Map Area “AD_14_4”), and rezones various properties located in the “Country Ridge” subdivision from PD to TR-C1 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 1) District (Map Area “AD_14_5)

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00791 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00791. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_14_1” is hereby rezoned to TR-C2 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 2) District.”
2. Map Amendment 00792 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00792. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_14_2” is hereby rezoned to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District.”
3. Map Amendment 00793 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00793. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_14_3” is hereby rezoned to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District.”
4. Map Amendment 00794 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00794. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_14_4” is hereby rezoned to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District.”
5. Map Amendment 00795 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00795. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_14_5” is hereby rezoned to TR-C1 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 1) District.”
