The Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:
1.      Paragraph 3470. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3470.  The following described property is hereby omitted from the A Agriculture District and added to the R2T Single-Family Residence District:
Part of Outlot 4, Linden Park, recorded in Volume 58-095B of Plats on Pages 488-493 as Document Number 4139208, Dane County Registry, located in the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 34, T7N, R8E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, to wit:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said outlot 4; thence N89º32'33"E, 102.98 feet; thence S00º27'27"E, 103.00 feet; thence S89º32'33"W, 99.52 feet; thence N46º09'18"W, 4.83 feet; thence N00º27'27"E, 99.63 feet to the point of beginning.  This parcel contains 10,601 square feet."
2.      Paragraph 3477. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3477.  The following described property is hereby omitted from the A Agriculture District and added to the R1 Single-Family Residence District:
Part of Outlot 4, Linden Park, recorded in Volume 58-095B of Plats on Pages 488-493 as Document Number 4139208, Dane County Registry, located in the NW1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 34, T7N, R8E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin to-wit:  commencing at the north quarter corner of said Section 34; thence S88º48'19"W, 1320.20 feet; thence S00º53'22"W, 973.77 feet to the northeast corner of said Outlot 4 and the point of beginning; thence continuing S00º53'22"W along the east line of said Outlot 4, 346.44 feet to the southeast corner of said Outlot 4; thence S88º47'06"W along the south line of said Outlot 4, 743.52 feet to the southwest corner of said Outlot 4; thence N00º27'27"W along the west line of said Outlot 4, 234.10 feet; thence N46º09'18"W along said west line, 27.30 feet; thence N89º32'33"E, 99.52 feet; thence N00º27'27"W, 103.00 feet to a point on the north line of said Outlot 4; thence N89º32'33"E along said north line, 671.62 feet to the point of beginning.  This parcel contains 254,504 square feet or 5.84 acres."
