Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Southern Addition to Birchwood Point - Phase 6, Private Contract No. 9217 (District 9).
Body
WHEREAS, VH BIRCHWOOD SOUTH, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Southern Addition to Birchwood Point - Phase 6.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $75,972.96
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Barn Swallow Circle from 307 FT S of Amber Nest Road to Amber Nest Road.
• Amber Nest Road from 130 FT W of Barn Swallow Circle to Barn Swallow Circle.
• Barn Swallow Circle from Amber Nest Road to Hazy Sky Parkway.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 14343 by $ 72,199.23 for a useful life of 40 years.
