BUILDING CODE, FIRE CODE AND LICENSING APPEALS BOARD
 
PAUL A. LIPPITT, 5029 LaCrosse La., 53705 (11th A.D.) - appointed to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Member with Fire Prevention Experience.  Mr. Lippitt is a fire protection engineer with Hydra Design, LLC.  He succeeds J.C. Carver.

KRISTINA L. DUX, 2901 Cimarron Trail, 53719 (7th A.D.) - appointed to the remainder of a two-year term to the position of Low-Moderate Income Representative.  Ms. Dux is a property manager for Gorman and Company, Inc.  She has been involved in the housing industry (highly concentrated in low-income and/or challenged neighborhoods) for almost ten years.  She succeeds Cindy Donais who resigned.

*MARIA G. BANUELOS, 1999 Hawkinson Rd., Oregon, WI 53575 - appointed to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Citizen.  Ms. Banuelos is campus/educational administrator for Madison Area Technical College.

Rationale:  In her capacity as the administrator of the downtown MATC campus, Ms. Banuelos has a keen interest and dedication to downtown issues and the welfare of the area.  In addition, she has emerged as an economic development leader through her involvement and role in creating the Latino Chamber of Commerce and the African American/Black Business Association.
