The Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:
1.      Paragraph 3092. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3092.  The following described property is hereby omitted from the Temp A Temporary Agriculture District and added to R1Single-Family Residence District:
Part of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 8625, in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 4, T6N, R8E, in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, To-wit: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence along the east line of Woods Road, N00°37'04"E, 148.03 feet; thence N89°21'18"E, 672.74 feet; thence S00°11'07"W, 148.00 feet; thence S89°21'14"W, 673.86 feet to the point of beginning.  This parcel contains 99,644 sq. ft. or 2.29 acres."      
2.      Paragraph 3093. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)2093.  The following described property is hereby omitted from the Temp A Temporary Agriculture District and added to R2T Single-Family Residence District:
Part of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 8625, in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 4, T6N, R8E, in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, To-wit: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence along the east line of Woods Road, N00°37'04"E, 148.03 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing N00°37'04"E, 287.59 feet to a point of curve; thence northeasterly along a curve to the right which has a radius of 25.00 feet and a chord which bears N44°59'09"E, 34.96 feet; thence along the south line of Mid Town Road, N89°21'14"E, 645.18 feet; thence S00°11'07"W, 412.00 feet; thence S89°21'18"W, 672.74 feet to the point of beginning.  This parcel contains 276,364 square feet or 6.34 acres."
