Body

WHEREAS, East South Point, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  Acacia Ridge Phase 7.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted. 

 

2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service". 

 

SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service". 

 

 

Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A”                     $161,870.80.

 

 

4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

                     Tawny Acorn Drive from South Point Road to Blossom Bank Pass

                     Tawny Acorn Drive from Blossom Bank Pass to Feather Sound Drive

                     Tawny Acorn Drive from Feather Sound Drive to Seven Winds Trail

                     Tawny Acorn Drive from Seven Winds Trail to the East line of Lot 188

                     Blossom Bank Pass from Tawny Acorn Drive to 50’ Southeast of Tawny Acorn Drive

                     Feather Sound Drive from Tawny Acorn Drive to the North line of Lot 466

                     Seven Winds Trail from the South line of Lot 186 to Tawny Acorn Drive

                     Seven Winds Trail from Tawny Acorn Drive to the North line of Lot 459

 

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13767 $314,610.82 for a useful life of 40 years.
