Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In First Addition to 1000 Oaks - Phase 5, Private Contract No. 8132. (1st AD)
Body
WHEREAS, the VH 1000 Oaks, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: First Addition to 1000 Oaks - Phase 5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

4. That the street improvements, including the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Gilded Cider Boulevard - South from Gingergrass Way to the East line of Lot 72.
• Sweet Autumn Drive from Gingergrass Way to the East line of Lot 89.
• Gingergrass Way from Sunny Spring Drive to Sweet Autumn Drive.
• Gingergrass Way from Sweet Autumn Drive to Gilded Cider Boulevard - South.
• Gingergrass Way from Gilded Cider Boulevard - South to 85’ North of Gilded Cider Boulevard - South.
• Crimson Leaf Drive from Sunny Spring Drive to 40 ft Northwest of Sunny Spring Drive.
• Sunny Spring Drive (NB) from NE line, Lot 310 to 74’ NE of NE line, Lot 310
• Sunny Spring Drive from 74’ NE of NE line, Lot 310 to Crimson Leaf Lane
