I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following resident committee appointments.
BUILDING CODE, FIRE CODE, CONVEYANCE CODE AND LICENSING APPEALS BOARD
SEAN B. SIZE (15th A.D.) - reappoint to a three-year term to the position of Resident Member. First appointed 8-31-2021.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-30-2027
DARREL D. FEUCHT (15th A.D.) - reappoint to a three-year term to the position of Resident Member. First appointed 5-24-2022.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-30-2027
EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES COMMISSION
DEANA WRIGHT (20th A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident succeeding Steven C. Wheeler. Deana Wright is an outreach program coordinator at the University of Wisconsin - Madison School of Medicine and Public Health Alzheimer's Disease Research Center. She is a member of numerous organizations including Women in Focus; NAACP; African American Health Network and African American Opioid Coalition.

ANUSHRI S. BANGALORE (8th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident succeeding Autumn N. Neugent. Anushri Bangalore is currently a student at the University of Wisconsin - Madison majoring in neurobiology and psychology and minoring in public health. She has volunteered at food banks and hospitals and started a non-profit while in high school to help provide access to reading materials to women and children who might otherwise lack access.

MADISON FOOD POLICY COUNCIL
KELSEY ABAD (6th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Resident Member succeeding Ndemazea Fonkem. Kelsey Abad is the lead consultant at Rooted Community Consulting. She has been engaged in local food systems and development for ten years and has served as farmers market manager, food hub manager and food systems network facilitator among other roles.

DAVID D. LEEPER (13th A.D.) - appoint to the position of First Alternate. David Leeper is a retired attorney with experience in conflict resolution and mediation. He is a farmer and gardener concerned about food security and local growing. He served as the Dudgeon Monroe Neighborhood Association Social Justice co-chair.
TERM EXPIRES: 10-1-2025
NAN FEY (4th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Second Alternate. Nan Fey had been working on food policy issues for numerous years. She previously served on the City’s Committee on Community Gardens. She was appointed to the Madison Food Policy Council when it was first created in 2012 and served until 2019. She recently chaired the City’s Taskforce on Farmland Preservation.

JOLYNNE M. ROORDA (11th A.D.) - reappoint to a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. First appointed 12-1-2020.

HARALD KLIEMS (5th A.D.) - reappoint to a three-year term to the position of Resident Member. First appointed 7-25-2023.
