Fiscal Note
The estimated cost for the reclassification of the Weights and Measures Inspector 2 for the remainder of 2011 is $1,365 for salary expense, plus $580 for benefits ($1,945 total). The estimated cost for the reclassification of the Weights and Measures Inspector 3 for the remainder of 2011 is $1,471 for salary expense, plus $625 for benefits ($2,096 total). The estimated additional annualized costs are $9,070 for the Weights and Measures Inspector 2 reclassification ($6,365 salary, $2,705 for benefits) and $3,245 for the reclassification of the Weights and Measures Inspector 3 ($2,277 salary, $968 for benefits). Funding for 2011 will be accommodated within the Building Inspection adopted salary and benefit expense budget.
