Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Chapel View - Phase 1, Private Contract No. 8249 (9th AD).
Body
WHEREAS, Chapel View Development Company, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Chapel View - Phase 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA
A) Total Contract Value (including Engineering

B) Contributions in Aid of Construction:

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $41,067.40.
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• White Fox Lane from 227’ SE of Dragon Willow Lane to Dragon Willow Lane
• White Fox Lane from Dragon Willow Lane to 248’ NW of Dragon Willow Lane
• Dragon Willow Lane from 305’ South of White Fox Lane to White Fox Lane
• Burnt Sienna Drive from White Fox lane to 35’ North of White Fox Lane
• White Fox Lane from 45’ East of Burnt Sienna Drive to Burnt Sienna Drive (10’ x 45’ mill & overlay only)
• White Fox Lane from Burnt Sienna Drive to 45’ West of Burnt Sienna Drive (10’ x 45’ mill & overlay only)
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 11957 $204,737.32 for a useful life of 40 years.
