*MATTHEW T. MILLER, 5701 Running Deer Tr., McFarland 53558 - Mr. Miller is manager - realtor for Stark Company Realtors.  He has managed numerous development projects throughout the city of Madison and Dane County. 

 

Rationale: Mr. Miller is the former Chairman of the Board for the Wisconsin Realtors. He currently serves as the State Director for the Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA) and is the National Director for the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  He is the Wisconsin Home Owners Alliance Director and a member of the Realtors Assocation of South Central Wisconsin.

MADISON ELECTION ADVISORY COMMITTEE

 

PAUL R. MALISCHKE, 4825 Bayfield Terr., 53705-4806 (11th A.D.) - appointed to a two-year term to a Citizen position.  Mr. Malischke is a clinical engineer with the UW-Hospital.  He is familiar with state elections laws.  He is a member of the League of Women Voters and a member of their 2005-06 State Voting Rights Study Committee.  He is also a member of the Fair Elections Wisconsin.  He is a strong advocate for more accessible polling places.

TERM EXPIRES: 8-1-2008.

 

SYBIL R. BETTER, 424 S. Blount St., 53703-3511 (6th A.D.) - appointed to a one-year term to a Citizen position.  Ms. Better is retired as special assistant to the UW-Madison Chancellor and the Medical School Dean.  She is a member of the League of Women Voters and serves as secretary. She coordinated the development of the Dane County League's position on the Election Advisory Committee.  She is a member of the State Voting Rights Committee.  She will represent the League on the committee.

WARREN E. ONKEN, 9 Coach House Dr., 53714-2718 (3rd A.D.) - appointed to a two-year term to a Citizen position.  Mr. Onken is the former 3rd District Alder.
