Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement except for Outlot 21 and 23 Alleys) constructed by Private Contract In Southern Addition to Birchwood Point - Phase 2, Private Contract No. 8337 (1st AD).
Body
WHEREAS, VH Birchwood South, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement except for Outlot 21 and 23 Alleys) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Southern Addition to Birchwood Point - Phase 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement except for Outlot 21 and 23 Alleys) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA
A) Total Contract Value (including Engineering

B) Contributions in Aid of Construction:

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $152,533.70.
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement (except for Outlot 21 and 23 Alleys), on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Hazy Sky Parkway from the West line of Lot 378 to Old Timber Pass
• Hazy Sky Parkway from Old Timber Pass to 165’ East of Old Timber Pass
• Old Timber Pass from 66’ South of Hazy Sky Parkway to Hazy Sky Parkway
• Old Timber Pass from Hazy Sky Parkway to Quiet Leaf Drive
• Old Timber Pass from Quiet Leaf Drive to 181’ North of Quiet Leaf Drive
• Old Timber Pass (West) from 181’ North of Quiet Leaf Drive to 299’ North of Quiet Leaf Drive
• Old Timber Pass (East) from 181’ North of Quiet Leaf Drive to 299’ North of Quiet Leaf Drive
• Quiet Leaf Drive from the West line of Lot 290 to Old Timber Pass
• Quiet Leaf Drive from Old Timber Pass to 159’ East of Old Timber Pass
• Outlot 23 Alley from Hazy Sky Parkway to Quiet Leaf Drive
• Outlot 21 Alley from Quiet Leaf Drive to the North line of Lot 336
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 11997 $ 3 8 2 , 8 2 8 . 5 2 for a useful life of 40 years.
