Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Hawks Crossing and First Addition to Hawk’s Crossing - Phase 2, Private Contract No. 2402 (District 1).

Body

WHEREAS, B&B Ventures of Wisconsin, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  Hawks Crossing and First Addition to Hawk’s Crossing - Phase 2.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted. 

 

2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service". 

 

Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A”                     $19,527.89.

 

4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

•                     Pine Hallow Place from West Lot Line of Lot 30 to Color Peak Road

•                     Pine Hallow Place from Color Peak Road to West Lot line of Lot 24

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2402 by $47,171.66 for a useful life of 40 years.
