WHEREAS, Premium Real Estate, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  Grandview Commons Phase 15A
 
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
 
1.  That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.  
 
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".  
 
SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA
 
A)      Total Contract Value (including Engineering
      and Miscellaneous Costs)                  $      17,080.14      
 
B)      Contributions in Aid of Construction:
      a)      Public Sewer Components            $      17,080.14

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".  
 
 
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule "A"      $   278,144.35
 
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
 
·      North Star Drive from the northerly line of Lot 166 (existing street) to the southerly line of Lot 153.
·      Dominion Drive from North Star Drive to the east line of Lot 108 (existing street).
·      Pluto Street from the northerly line of Lot 212 to the southerly line of Lot 134.
·      Galileo Drive from the southerly line of Lot 213 to the north line of Lot 111.
·      Pluto Street Alley from the southerly line of Lot 170 (existing alley) to Pluto Street.
·      Pluto Street Alley from Pluto Street the northerly line of Lot 185.
·      Pluto Street Alley from Pluto Street to the southerly line of Lot 112.
·      Pluto Street Alley from Pluto Street to the southerly line of Lot 153.
 
 
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2085      $313,211.00 for a useful life of 40 years.
