I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following resident committee appointments.

 

 

ALCOHOL LICENSE REVIEW COMMITTEE

 

MOIRA HARRINGTON (19th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident succeeding Colin Barushok. Moira Harrington is a retired communications professional, having worked for the University of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Public Television and the American Cancer Society. She is an active volunteer and served as a member and chair of the City’s Board of Park Commissioners.

TERM EXPIRES: 4-18-2028

 

 

MADISON’S CENTRAL BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (BID) BOARD

 

Note: Per the Business Improvement District [BID] Operating Plan as approved by the Common Council, “Wisconsin Statutes section 66.1109(3) (a) requires that the Board be composed of at least five members and that a majority of the Board members shall either own or occupy real property in the District.  If the actual property or business owner is an entity, that entity shall designate a representative to act on its behalf.”

 

JANET (ANGELA) TITUS (6th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of State Street Area - Commercial Property Owner succeeding Colin W. Smith. Angela Titus currently holds the Capitol Square Area - Commercial Property Owner position and has served since 2-13-2024.

TERM EXPIRES: 1-18-2029

 

*KATE DALE, Town of Dunn - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position Capitol Square Area - Commercial Property Owner.

TERM EXPIRES: 1-18-2027

 

Rationale: Kate Dale is the Executive Vice President of Brand Strategy & Communications at Destination Madison. She has served on several boards/committees over the years including the Clean Lakes Alliance and UW Children’s Hospital.

 

COREY MARIONNEAUX, Sun Prairie - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Capitol Square Area - Business Owner succeeding Ken A. Monteleone.

TERM EXPIRES: 1-18-2028

 

Rationale: Corey Marionneaux is the founder & CEO of the Black Men Coalition Foundation. In addition, he has experience in business innovation, entrepreneurship, and mentorship. He is an active Rotary member and volunteer with the Boys & Girls of Dane County.
