Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In The Crest at Eagle Trace, Private Contract No. 9599 (District 9).
Body
WHEREAS, VH CET, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: The Crest at Eagle Trace.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $249,688.67.
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Mosaic Way from Tabby Turn Drive to Schewe Road
• Tabby Turn Drive from White Fox Lane to Mosaic Way
• Schewe Road from Mosaic Way to 645 Schewe Road
• Schewe Road from S of Lot 34 to Mosaic Way
• White Fox Ln - Mosaic Way Alley from White Fox Lane to Mosaic Way
• White Fox Ln - Schewe Rd Alley from White Fox Lane to Schewe Road
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 15480 by $271,199.12 for a useful life of 40 years.
