Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Acacia Ridge - Phase 6, Private Contract No. 9040.
Body
WHEREAS, EAST SOUTH POINT LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Acacia Ridge - Phase 6.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $135,629.67.
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Highland Gate Way from the West Line of Lot 49 to Redan Drive
• Highland Gate Way from Redan Drive to East Line of Lot 213
• Redan Drive from South Line of Lot 62 to Highland Gate Way
• Redan Drive from the Highland Gate Way to East Line of Lot 211
• Redan Drive Alley from North Line of Lot 47 to the South Line of Lot 48
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13530 $ 188,218.39 for a useful life of 40 years.
