Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements constructed by Private Contract In Woodstone - Phase 2, Private Contract No. 2325 (District 9).
Body
WHEREAS, Pheasant Ridge, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Woodstone - Phase 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA
A) Total Contract Value (including Engineering

B) Contributions in Aid of Construction:

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $301,111.98.
4. That the street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Little Bear Drive from North Line of Lot 5 to Stoneywood Blvd
• Little Bear Drive from Stoneywood Blvd to Cobalt Street
• Stoneywood Blvd from Little Bear Drive to Fargo Trail
• Fargo Trail from North Line of Lot 145 to Stoneywood Blvd
• Fargo Trail from Stoneywood Blvd to Cobalt Street
• Fargo Trail from Cobalt Street to South Line of Lot 172
• Cobalt Street from Little Bear Drive to Fargo Trail
• Cobalt Street from Fargo Trail to East Plat Line
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2325 by $323,539.89 for a useful life of 40 years.
