Title

Amending Section 3.38(1)( i)2. of the Madison General Ordinances by creating the class of "(Unified) Public Health Director" in Compensation Group 21, Range 22,  thereof.

Body

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Paragraph 2. of Subdivision (i) entitled "Appendix. (Schedule of Salary Ranges for Noncivil Service Employees)" of Subsection (1) entitled "Basic Salary Schedules By Compensation Groups" of Section 3.38 entitled "Compensation Groups" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by creating the class of "(Unified) Public Health Director" in Compensation Group 21, Range 22,  thereof.
