Mr. Hunt is the president/owner of Hunt & Collins, Inc. - a construction/engineering contracting business. In addition, Mr. Hunt is the pastor of Refreshing Word Ministries. He succeeds Robert M. Hunter.

In addition, he serves as the Director of Senior Learning. Mr. Orton is an original founder of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors - the professional organization of local telecommunications regulators. He succeeds Erik S. Paulson.
