DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 2150 Marty Road, 7751 Mid Town Road, and 7342-7362 Raymond Road from Temp. A (Agricultural) District to A (Agricultural), TR-P (Traditional Residential-Planned), and CC-T (Commercial Corridor-Transitional) District for proposed “Midpoint Meadows” subdivision.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

                     1.                     Map Amendment 00665 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

“28.022-00665. The following described property is hereby rezoned to A (Agricultural) District.

 

A parcel of land located in the NE1/4 of the NW1/4 and the NW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 2, T6N, R8E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin to-wit:

 

Beginning at the North Quarter Corner of said Section 2; thence N88°13’54”E, 23.21 feet along the North line of the NE 1/4 of said Section 2 to the South Quarter Corner of Section 35, T7N, R8E; thence N89°04’11”E, 1003.64 feet along the North line of said NE 1/4 of said Section 2; thence S00°19’41”W, 649.27 feet; thence S56°30’55”W, 1539.59 feet; thence N01°56’59”E, 990.5 feet, more or less; thence S85°44’51”E, 4.78 feet; thence N02°13’54”E, 490.08 feet to the North line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 2; thence N88°54’29”E, 203.62 feet along said North line to the Point of Beginning.
