DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones various properties generally located throughout the “Wexford Village” subdivision, including Wexford Park, from PD (Planned Development) District to SR-C3 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 3) District (Map Area “AD_19_1”), rezones various properties along Rough Lee Court in the “First Addition to Rough Lee Park” subdivision from PD to SR-C2 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 2) District (Map Area “AD_19_2”), and rezones the portion of Stricker’s Pond located in the City of Madison from PD to CN (Conservancy) District (Map Area “AD_19_3”).

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00809 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00809. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_19_1” is hereby rezoned to SR-C3 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 3) District.”
2. Map Amendment 00810 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00810. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_19_2” is hereby rezoned to SR-C2 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 2) District.”
3. Map Amendment 00811 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00811. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_19_3” is hereby rezoned to CN (Conservancy) District.”
