(District 4)

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 333-345 West Main Street, 110 South Henry Street, and 334 West Doty Street from PD (Planned Development) District to Amended PD (GDP) (Planned Development-General Development Plan) District and approves a General Development Plan and a Specific Implementation Plan to allow construction of a 49-unit senior apartment building.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

                     1.                     Map Amendment 00710 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

“28.022-00710. The following described property is hereby rezoned to Amended PD (Planned Development) District.

 

All of Lots 1-18, Block 50, Original (Pritchette) Plat of Madison, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 3.6 acres, more or less”

 

 

2.                     WHEREAS, a Planned Development District Specific Implementation Plan has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council and is hereby made an integral component of the zoning district regulations.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:

 

Map Amendment 00711 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

“28.022-00711. A Planned Development District Specific Implementation Plan is hereby approved for the following described property:

 

All of Lots 1-18, Block 50, Original (Pritchette) Plat of Madison, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 3.6 acres, more or less.”
