The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3499. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3499. The following described property is hereby omitted from Temp R1 Single Family Residence District and is added to the Amended R1 Single Family Residence District:
Part of the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 24, T7N, R8E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin more fully described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 24; thence S89º57'10"E, along the North line of said Section 24, 346.5 feet; thence S00º25'54"W 33.00 feet to the South right-of-way line of Old Sauk Court; and the point of beginning; thence S89º57'10"E, along said South right-of-way line, 129.90 feet; thence S00 º25'54"W, 218.40 feet; thence N89º57'10"W, 129.90 feet; thence N00º25'54"E, 218.40 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 28,370 square feet."
