1.      WHEREAS, a PUD(GDP) Planned Community Development (General Development Plan) District has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council and is hereby made an integral component of the zoning district regulations.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:
 
Paragraph 3203. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
 
"28.06(2)(a)3203. The following described property is hereby omitted from the R5 General Residence District and added to the PUD(GDP) Planned Unit Development (General Development Plan) District:
 
Part of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 91, Original Plat of Madison, all being a part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 14, T7N, R9E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:
 
Commencing at the Meander corner for the Southeast corner of said Section 14; thence N38°34'12"W, 436.61 feet to the most Easterly corner of Block 91, aforesaid, said point also being the intersection of the Southwesterly right of way line of North Pinckney Street and the Northwesterly right of way line of East Dayton Street; thence S46°11'35"W, along said right-of-way line of East Dayton Street, 82.23 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S46°11'35"W, along said right of way line, 110.07 feet; thence N43°47'44"W, 117.61 feet; thence N46°12'16"E, 16.67 feet; thence N44°03'47"W, 29.43 feet; thence N46°11'49"E, 89.00 feet; thence N43°47'44"W, 29.08 feet; thence N46°13'04"E, 6.99 feet; thence N44°00'37"W, 2.09 feet; thence N45°58'46"E, 78.74 feet to the Southwesterly right of way line of North Pinckney Street; thence S44°07'48"E, along said right of way line, 77.27 feet; thence S46°28'50"W, 82.04 feet; thence S44°01'14"E, 101.64 feet to the point of beginning.  Said Parcel contains 22,062 square feet or 0.5065 acres.
