Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Acacia Ridge Phase 12, Private Contract No. 9554 (District 1).
Body
WHEREAS, East South Point, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Acacia Ridge Phase 12
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $77,580.16.
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Lone Oak Lane from South Lot Line of Lot 578 to Rustic Pine Road
• Lone Oak Lane from Rustic Pine Road to North Lot Line of Lot 303
• Rustic Pine Road from East Lot Line of Lot 579 to Lone Oak Lane
• Rustic Pine Road from Lone Oak Lane to East Lot Line of Lot 578
• Acacia Ridge Multi-Use Path from Lone Oak Lane to 9202 Rustic Pine Road
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 15352 by $240,365.94 for a useful life of 40 years.
