DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones various properties generally located throughout the “Grandview Commons” subdivision, including portions of North Star Park, from PD (Planned Development) District to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District (Map Area “AD_3_1”), from PD to SR-C1 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 1) District (Map Area “AD_3_2”), from PD to TR-C2 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 2) District (Map Area “AD_3_3”), and from PD to CN (Conservancy) District (Map Area “AD_3_4”).

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00767 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00767. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_3_1” is hereby rezoned to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District.”
2. Map Amendment 00768 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00768. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_3_2” is hereby rezoned to SR-C1 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 1) District.”
3. Map Amendment 00769 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00769. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_3_3” is hereby rezoned to TR-C2 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 2) District.”
4. Map Amendment 00770 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00770. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_3_4” is hereby rezoned to CN (Conservancy) District.”
