DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones various properties generally located throughout the “Ridgewood The Glacier Addition” subdivision from PD (Planned Development) District to TR-C2 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 2) District (Map Area “AD_17_1”), rezones various properties throughout the “Ridgewood The Drumlin Addition” subdivision from PD to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District (Map Area “AD_17_2”), rezones a single-family detached dwelling at 1342 Glacier Hill Drive from PD to SR-C2 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 2) District (Map Area “AD_17_3”), and rezones various single-family detached dwellings on Southridge Court in part of the Ridgewood The Drumlin Addition subdivision from PD to SR-C1 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 1) District (Map Area “AD_17_4”).

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00803 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00803. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_17_1” is hereby rezoned to TR-C2 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 2) District.”
2. Map Amendment 00804 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00804. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_17_2” is hereby rezoned to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District.”
3. Map Amendment 00805 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00805. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_17_3” is hereby rezoned to SR-C2 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 2) District.”
4. Map Amendment 00806 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00806. The area reflected on the attached Map Area “AD_17_4” is hereby rezoned to SR-C1 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 1) District.”
