Early Childhood Care and Education Committee recommendation:
PATRICIA A. LASKY (11th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Early Childhood Care and Education Committee Representative. Ms. Lasky succeeds Karalyn A. Kratowicz.

ANNA V. ANDRZEJEWSKI (10th A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Ms. Andrzejewski is a professor of Art History at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has a background in architectural history, environmental resource regulations and historic preservation. Ms. Andrzejewski previously served on the Plan Commission. She succeeds Michael J. Rosenblum.

MARK N. SHAHAN (20th A.D.) - reappoint to a two-year term to the position of Alternate Member. First Appointed 6-16-2009.

PARKING COUNCIL FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
JOANNE L. WAGNER (10th A.D.) - reappoint to a three-year term to the position of Transit and Parking Commission Member or Citizen. First Appointed 1-5-2010.

PEDESTRIAN/BICYCLE/MOTOR VEHICLE COMMISSION
GRANT A. FOSTER (15th A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term to the position of Citizen (Bicycle Advocate). Mr. Foster is the Director of Health Information for Dean Clinic. He is an active participant within the bicycling community and is a former taxi driver for Union Cab. Mr. Foster succeeds Robbie Webber.

RONALD B. STEINHOFER (4th A.D.) - reappoint to a three-year term to the position of Citizen (Pedestrian Advocate). First appointed 9-18-2012.

MAURICE SHEPPARD (15th A.D.) - appoint to a one-year term to the position of First Alternate. Mr. Sheppard currently holds the position of Second Alternate and has served since 10-15-2013. He succeeds Tonya L. Hamilton-Nisbet.

JAMES E. POLEWSKI - appoint to one-year term to the position of Second Alternate. Mr. Polewski is an attorney with the State's Department of Safety and Professional Services. He served on the Plan Commission and Zoning Commission for the City of Monroe. He is a board member for the Elvehjem Neighborhood Association and served on the board for the Stoughton Road Revitalization Project. Mr. Polewski succeeds Maurice Sheppard who assumed the First Alternate position.

POLICE AND FIRE COMMISSION
H. NIA ENEMUOH-TRAMMELL (18th A.D.) - appoint to a five-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Ms. Enemuoh-Trammell is an administrative law judge with the State of Wisconsin. She currently serves as the chair of the Urban League of Greater Madison Board of Directors and previously served on the City's Equal Opportunities Commission. Ms. Enemuoh-Trammell succeeds Michael J. Lawton.

SOLID WASTE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Committee on the Environment recommendation:
TIMOTHY D. BAKER (17th A.D.) - reappoint to a one-year term to the position of Committee on the Environment Representative. First appointed 2-26-2013.

URBAN DESIGN COMMISSION
LOIS BRAUN-ODDO (2nd A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Design Professional. Ms. Braun-Oddo has served as a facility management specialist with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation since 2012. She has extensive experience in the architectural design profession, having worked on a wide variety of commercial projects at Strang, Inc. and Potter Lawson Architects. Ms. Braun-Oddo succeeds Melissa R. Huggins

MICHAEL J. ROSENBLUM (19th A.D.) - appoint to a one-year term to the position of Alternate Citizen Representative. Mr. Rosenblum is a volunteer services manager at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. He recently completed 10 years of service on the City's Landmark Commission. Mr. Rosenblum succeeds Thomas A.DeChant who assumed a Citizen Member position.

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
SUSAN M. BULGRIN (10th A.D.) - reappoint to a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. First Appointed 9-15-2009.

WINN S. COLLINS (11th A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Collins currently holds the Second Alternate position and has served since 9-3-2013. He succeeds Michael A. Basford.

SAVION J. CASTRO (4th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Castro is currently a student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He serves as a tutor for the PEOPLE Program and is a legislative intern for Representative Mandela Barnes. Mr. Castro succeeds Diane L. Milligan.

PETER OSTLIND (4th A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term to the position of Second Alternate. Mr. Ostlind is a building construction consultant with Sol-Terra Designs, Ltd. He is knowledgeable about zoning and planning issues as well as the City's committee process, having previously served on the Housing Committee.
