Rosenblum.

JAMES E. POLEWSKI - appoint to one-year term to the position of Second Alternate. Mr. Polewski is an attorney with the State's Department of Safety and Professional Services. He served on the Plan Commission and Zoning Commission for the City of Monroe. He is a board member for the Elvehjem Neighborhood Association and served on the board for the Stoughton Road Revitalization Project. Mr. Polewski succeeds Maurice Sheppard who assumed the First Alternate position.

H. NIA ENEMUOH-TRAMMELL (18th A.D.) - appoint to a five-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Ms. Enemuoh-Trammell is an administrative law judge with the State of Wisconsin. She currently serves as the chair of the Urban League of Greater Madison Board of Directors and previously served on the City's Equal Opportunities Commission. Ms. Enemuoh-Trammell succeeds Michael J. Lawton.

She has extensive experience in the architectural design profession, having worked on a wide variety of commercial projects at Strang, Inc. and Potter Lawson Architects. Ms. Braun-Oddo succeeds Melissa R. Huggins

MICHAEL J. ROSENBLUM (19th A.D.) - appoint to a one-year term to the position of Alternate Citizen Representative. Mr. Rosenblum is a volunteer services manager at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. He recently completed 10 years of service on the City's Landmark Commission. Mr. Rosenblum succeeds Thomas A.DeChant who assumed a Citizen Member position.

SAVION J. CASTRO (4th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Castro is currently a student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He serves as a tutor for the PEOPLE Program and is a legislative intern for Representative Mandela Barnes. Mr. Castro succeeds Diane L. Milligan.

PETER OSTLIND (4th A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term to the position of Second Alternate. Mr. Ostlind is a building construction consultant with Sol-Terra Designs, Ltd. He is knowledgeable about zoning and planning issues as well as the City's committee process, having previously served on the Housing Committee.
