I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following resident committee appointments.

 

 

GREATER MADISON METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION (MPO)

 

ELIZABETH (LIZ) CALLIN - appoint to the remainder of a two-year term to the position of Transportation-Related Member succeeding Margaret Bergamini. Liz Callin is a City of Madison transportation planner.

TERM EXPIRES: 4-30-2025

 

 

JOINT CAMPUS AREA COMMITTEE

 

JASON RIVERA (4th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Campus Area Neighborhood Association Representative. Jason Rivera is the vice-president of the Campus Area Neighborhood Association. He works as a public affairs organizer for Planned Parenthood.

MADISON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

SCOTT J. RESNICK (5th A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term to the position of Mayoral Designee succeeding Vicki Bankston. Scott Resnick currently holds the Economic Development Committee Representative/Member with Economic Development Experience and has serviced since 10-15-2019.

TERM EXPIRES: 6-4-2026

 

JOHN R. GRANSEE (4th A.D.) - appoint to a one-year term to the position of Economic Development Committee Representative/Member with Economic Development Experience succeeding Scott Resnick. John Gransee currently holds a Business/Financial Representative position and has served since 2-2-2021.

TERM EXPIRES: 6-4-2024

 

RICHARD B. ARNESON (4th A.D.) - appoint to a two-year term to the position of Business/Financial Representative succeeding John Gransee. Richard Arneson currently holds the City of Madison Resident position and has served since 2-5-2013.

TERM EXPIRES: 6-4-2025

 

JULIA STONE (19th A.D.) - appoint to a one-year term to the position of City of Madison Resident succeeding Rich Arneson. Julia Stone is a human resources manager with Amazon.

TERM EXPIRES: 6-4-2024

 

MICHAEL A. KOLLATH (9th A.D.) - appoint to a two-year term to the position of Business/Financial Representative succeeding Mallory Bell. Mike Kollath currently holds the Employment Training position succeeding Employment and Training Representative and has serviced since 7-2-2013.

TERM EXPIRES: 6-4-2025

 

EDWARD G. LEE (17th A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term to the position of Employment and Training Representative succeeding Mike Kollath. Ed Lee is the executive vice-president and chief operating officer for the Urban League of Greater Madison.

TERM EXPIRES: 6-4-2026

 

PAUL R. AYLESWORTH (11th A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term to the position of Business/Financial Representative succeeding Dante Viscarra. Paul Aylesworth is an associate director at the UW-Madison School of Business where he is working on developing an Affordable and Sustainable Housing track of study within the Masters in Real Estate program.

PUBLIC SAFETY REVIEW COMMITTEE

 

TRACEY CARADINE (12th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Resident Member succeeding Aisha S. Moe. Tracey Caradine works in human resources for the Madison Metropolitan School District. She has served on the boards of the Urban League of Greater Madison and the NAACP. She also previously served on the City’s Affirmative Action Commission.
