Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plan documents for the reconstruction of S Bryan Street, Daley Drive, James Street, and Thorp Street at a total estimated cost of $4.285 million. The reconstruction of these streets are planned within the adopted 2019 capital budget via Engineering Major Streets Reconstruction Streets capital program with carryforward project budget appropriation from 2018 (MUNIS 11185). Funding is split amongst GO Borrowing and associated utility sources. Stormwater Utlity supported GO Borrowing is provided for the shoreline protection component of the project via the Stormwater Utility's Stormwater Quality System Improvements capital program (MUNIS 11749); The total estimated project cost assigned to the Engineering budget and associated utilities is as follows:
Engineering Major Streets - $1,250,000
Stormwater Utility - $300,000
Sewer Utility - $1,800,000
Water Utility - $625,000
Stormwater Utility - Stormwater Quality System Improvements $310,000

SUBSTITUTE - Reapproving Plans, and Specifications , And Schedule Of Assessments For S. Bryan Street, Daley Drive, James Street and Thorp Street Reconstruction District 2018 for the purpose of adding shoreline protection to the proposed project. (6th AD)

PREAMBLE
This resolution will add shoreline protection improvements to the project that has already been approved under RES-18-00199, File ID 50690. The project will stabilize approximately 780 linear feet of streambank along Starkweather Creek
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for S. Bryan Street, Daley Drive, James Street and Thorp Street Reconstruction District 2018, be and are hereby reapproved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.th
