Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Fox Knoll Phase 1, Private Contract No. 9183 (District 9).
Body
WHEREAS, HAWTHORN & STONE CONSTRUCTION, INC., has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Fox Knoll Phase 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $492,344.26.
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Hearth Stone Dr from East Lot Line of Lot 75 to Rustic Rise Way
• Hearth Stone Dr from Rustic Rise Way to Stone Border Way
• Hearth Stone Dr from Stone Border Way to Windy Willow Rd
• Clear Pond Way from Windy Willow Road to Fox Knoll Dr
• Clear Pond Way from Fox Knoll Dr to South Lot Line of Lot 35
• Fox Knoll Dr from Pioneer Road to Clear Pond Way
• Fox Knoll Dr from Clear Pond Way to Windy Willow Rd
• Fox Knoll Dr from Windy Willow Rd to Rustic Rise Way
• Fox Knoll Drive from Rustic Rise Way to East Lot Line of Lot 69
• Rustic Rise Way from South Lot Line of Lot 11 to Fox Knoll Drive
• Rustic Rise Way from Fox Knoll Drive to Hearth Stone Dr
• Windy Willow Rd from Fox Knoll Drive to Clear Pond Way

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 14192 by $881,096.43 for a useful life of 40 years.
