Report of the Mayor submitting citizen committee appointments (introduced 12-13-05; action 1-3-06)
Body
I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen appointments. "Statement of Interests" forms are on file in the City Clerk's Office for those citizens required to file.
DISABILITIES, COMMISSION ON PEOPLE WITH
The following two positions were created as First and Second Alternate positions. Pursuant to Ordinance 05-00168, ID 01855, adopted by the Council on 10-18-2005, the alternate positions were eliminated and created as Adult City Resident positions. The appointees' names are being submitted to Council for reconfirmation to the newly named positions.
MICHAEL C. O'CONNOR, 1206 Bultman Rd., 53704 (17th A.D.) - Formerly 1st Alternate - changed to Adult City Resident. First Appointed 8-15-1995.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-30-2006.
GREGORY B. BANKS, 462 Agnes Dr., 53711-1304 (20th A.D.) - Formerly 2nd Alternate - changed to Adult City Resident. First Appointed 12-14-2004.

PARKING COUNCIL FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
MARY P. CONROY, 2301 Brentwood Pkwy., 53704-2905 (12th A.D.) - move from the position of First Alternate and appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of CPD or Citizen Member. Ms. Conroy was first appointed 4-20-2004. The CPD recommends this appointment. She succeeds David Poast who resigned.
