BOARD OF REVIEW
MARK KAISER (11th A.D.) - reappoint to the position of Adult City Resident. First appointed 6-3-2008.

PAMELA J. HENNESSEY (20th A.D.) - reappoint to the position of First Alternate. First appointed 3-6-2007.

ZACH A. MADDEN (13th A.D.) - reappoint to a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. First appointed 7-7-2015.

SARAH E. WATSON (3rd A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident succeeding Edna Ely-Ledesma. Sarah Watson is an attorney and currently serves as a pro bono & consumer protection program manager with the State Bar of Wisconsin. She has experience working across several practice areas and understanding/navigating complex processes.

STEVE WHAYLAND (9th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Sister City Representative succeeding Jennifer C. Johnson. Steve Whayland is a member of the Madison-Cusco Sister City Alliance (MCSCA) and a board member of Mundo Esperanza.

WYETH AUGUSTINE-MARCEIL (6th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a two-year term to the position of First Alternate succeeding Vibha B. Srinivasan. Wyeth Augustine-Marceil currently holds the Second Alternate position and has served since 10-28-2025.
