I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments. Statement of Interest forms are on file where applicable.
BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
HAROLD (PETE) DAHL (16th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a two-year term to the position of First Alternate. Mr. Dahl is a master plumber currently working for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Plumbing Shop as a craftsworker supervisor. He succeeds Leah A. Samson-Samuel.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIVISION CONFERENCE COMMITTEE
Community Services Committee recommendation:
KIM R. GENICH (5th A.D.) - reappoint to the position of Community Services Committee Member.

FELICITUS E. FERINGTON (7th A.D.) - reappoint to the position of Community Services Committee Member.

Community Development Block Grant Committee recommendation:
BEN M. VAN PELT (4th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a one-year term to the position of Community Development Block Grant Committee Member succeeding Colin A. Bowden.

ADAM W. BRABENDER (4th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Brabender spent seven years working for Tellurian. In addition, he is passionate about housing issues. Mr. Brabender succeeds Shawn F. Peters.

MADISON FOOD POLICY COUNCIL
ERICA C. ANDERSON (4th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a one-year term to the position of Youth Member. Ms. Anderson is a student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in Community and Environmental Sociology. In addition, she is a research assistant working under a USDA grant - Food Access in Michigan. She previously served as the market manager of the Brittingham Park Farmers' Market.

OVERTURE COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD
KIA M. KARLEN (15th A.D.) - reappoint to a three-year term to the position of City Appointee. First appointed 12-13-2011.

WATER UTILITY BOARD
JON C. EVANS (14th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a five-year term to the position of Member. Mr. Evans is a mechanical engineer with the Sustainable Engineering Group, LLC. He currently serves as the chair of the Wisconsin Green Building Alliance Green School Committee. Mr. Evans succeeds Larry D. Nelson.
